Diet of the night, three kilo a week less


New diet, called "Night Diet" promises three kilos less for a week, although during that time you can eat potatoes, pasta, and even a glass of wine a day.
Fabled nightlife diet dr. Caroline Apovian, which in one of America's best hospitals, Boston Medical Center, has helped thousands of people achieve ideal weight. She says that her patients typically lose three pounds every week, without hunger strikes, and one of those three kilograms lost at night on the day of fasting.

Dr. Apovian for 25 years now is the perfect diet, which is important is devised specifically to protect not wasted when muscles reduced the amount of food you consume.

One day a week without food

Diet is divided into two parts. Each week, a full day make a break in terms of food and could eat only three dense fruit or vegetable juices rich in nutrients. After that day usually lose a kilogram and accelerate the burning of fat. The plan is to have one day a week without food until the required weight.

Rules of the six other days:

1. For each day fill daily needs for protein and never consume less than that a day.
For women on the basis of the length needed these grams of protein per day:
up to 165 cm, need 350 grams of protein per day
1.70 cm, need 375 grams of protein
1.75 cm length, 400 grams of protein
1.80 cm, 425 grams of protein
2. Eat fruit as you want.
Eat vegetables such as broccoli, onions, carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, peppers and spinach.
Eat two portions of 240 milliliters of milk or cheese with little or no fat.
Can eat two or three portions integral grain products.
Can consume 100 g vegetables such as potatoes, pumpkin, beans, peas or lens.
As for fats, can consume a small spoon of olive oil, mayonnaise with low-fat percentage, tree bark or seeds during the day.
Drink eight glasses of water a day. Can drink coffee and tea or dietary drinks, but they have not calculated daily water consumption.
