Professor Karl Pillemer from Cornell University, for the purposes of his book, "30 Lessons for proven and experienced jetë.Këshilla Americans smarter", has identified five very simple secret to people living longer.
Professor Pillemer has analyzed the way of life of people living in and talked with 1,500 people aged from 70 to over 100 years old.
Remember that life is short!
Professor Pillemer study began with a simple question: "What are the most important lessons you have learned in life? Respondents were obtained with different jobs during his life, had different status, wealth and family. But all have given the same answer: Life is short.
Do the work of love!
Many of his respondents have gone through very difficult economic times, but young people have advised, provide safe places to work and better paying jobs. Their advice: Do work that you enjoy!Take good care of your health!
