How to get off 5 kg for 5 days
Quick diets really weaken you, but they have reversible effects and therefore after careful diet should have food not lost weight back again.
Day One - Breakfast: coffee or tea, 1 boiled egg, 1 pcs of bread, 1 banana Lunch: Half of canned tuna (about 100 gr.) And a loaf of bread. Dinner: One apple and one small sausage.
Day Two - Breakfast: A piece of rye bread with a tablespoon margarine or butter, 1 cup orange juice. Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, a cop bread, 1 cup yogurt or low-fat drinks. Dinner: An apple, 200-300 gr. baked chicken breast, 1 ripe tomato or pepper.
Third Day - Breakfast: coffee or tea, a piece (about 50 gr.) Cheese, a loaf of bread, 1 tomato. Lunch: 300-400 gr. baked fish, a rye breads, seasonal salad.
Dinner: 1 apple, some 400 gr. potatoes boiled or baked.
Day Four - Breakfast: coffee or tea, a piece of rye bread with a teaspoon of butter or margarine. Lunch: 200-300 gr. roasted chicken, a loaf of bread, seasonal salad. Dinner: One apple, one small sausage.
Fifth day - Breakfast: coffee or tea, 1 boiled egg, 1 pcs of bread, 1 banana.
Lunch: Half of canned tuna (about 100 gr.), A piece of rye bread, seasonal salad. Dinner: An apple, 300 gr. roast beef or chicken.
